Epcot’s 25th Flower and Garden Festival- The Food Booths

It’s Flower and Garden Time at Epcot right now and not only are there beautiful gardens and topiaries to see but there’s great food to try! I had the chance to spend some time at the Flower and Garden Festival and I was excited to try the food booths. I grabbed a Garden Passport when I entered the park which is the perfect guide to show you what’s around Epcot for the festival.

There were 15 festival booths according to the Garden Passport. It’s nowhere near as many as the Food and Wine Festival but that’s ok because there’s so much more to see in the gardens! I didn’t get to try all of the booths but between my fellow Disney Nerds and myself, we took photos to share with everyone!

Disney did a great job on all of the food options and it was so hard to choose a favorite. Every year I look forward to getting Frushi from the Hanami booth in Japan. It’s fruit sushi with pineapple, strawberry, and melon rolled in coconut rice, sprinkled with toasted coconut, and whipped cream and raspberry sauce on the side. The Flower and Garden Festival is the only place that I know of where you can get Frushi so it’s a must get for me!

My new favorite this year was at the Taste of Marrakesh booth in Morocco. It’s the Fried Cauliflower with Capers, Garlic Parsley, and Chili-Ranch Sauce. I love the Chili-Ranch sauce, which was a perfect dipping sauce for the fried cauliflower! I do have to mention a great runner up which was from the Smokehouse booth at The American Adventure pavilion. I tried the Beef Brisket Burnt Ends Hash with White Cheddar Fondue and Pickled Jalapenos and it was delicious!

Honestly, I don’t think you could go wrong with any of the selections at the food booths this year!  What’s your favorite from selection this year?
