New Extra, Extra Magic Hours this fall!
We’ve got some awesome news from Walt Disney World today! It’s called Extra, Extra Magic Hours!
So what is Extra, Extra Magic Hours or EEMH? Exactly what it sounds like. A chance for guests to experience select parks beyond the normal park hours and the regular extra magic hours.
Only guests staying at Disney Resort hotels and other select hotels (probably some of the hotels by Disney Springs) will have the chance to take advantage of this offer!
This opportunity begins the end of August and we’re sure it’s to assist with the crowds for Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge which opens August 29th.
So here’s the breakdown:
- Disney’s Hollywood Studios — Daily from Sept. 1-Nov. 2, the park will have EEMH from 6-9 a.m., including Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge, plus Toy Story Land attractions and select other attractions. Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge and its experiences subject to capacity.
- (Please note that on Aug. 29-31, Disney’s Hollywood Studios will open at 6 a.m. for all guests. There will not be EEMH on those days.)
- Disney’s Animal Kingdom – EEMH will happen daily Aug. 29-Nov. 2, from 7-8 a.m., featuring Pandora – The World of Avatar and other attractions throughout the park (same as today’s morning Extra Magic Hours offerings).
- Magic Kingdom Park —EEMH will happen daily from Aug. 29-Nov. 2, from 7-8 a.m., featuring favorite attractions in Fantasyland and Tomorrowland (same as today’s morning EMH offerings).
- No EEMH are being reported for Epcot at this time. Just the standard Extra Magic Hours.
Keep in mind that these times require theme park admission and hotel ID. So make sure your resort reservation is linked on your MagicBand or you have your room key. Also, Disney states that not all the attractions will be available during these times.
