This year we will see new additions to the 87 day long festival including new global marketplaces, eat to the beat acts, celebrity chefs, and fun activities for the whole family to enjoy. Food and Beverage
This year Epcot is featuring several food favorites and some that are new to the festival this year. Some of these options include:
Thailand – Shrimp over Pad Thai Noodles (Cold Noodle Salad)
Islands of the Caribbean – Jerk Chicken over a sweet plantain salad with a mango chutney yogurt
Africa (NEW) – Vegan dish with curried rice, beans, pigeon peas and slaw
Flavors from Fire – Smoked Corned Beef with a beer cheese fondue and cheese curds over fresh chips
Coastal Eats – Pacifico Striped Bass w/ pickled cabbage, tomatillo, and avocado sauce served with cilantro
Active Eats – Fruit and Nut Energy Tart with almonds, pecans, dried apricots, puffed rice, coconut, chocolate chips, and chocolate drizzle
Australia – Deconstructed Pavlova with citrus marinated berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries) and lemon dusted meringue
The Alps – Blueberry and Almond Frangipane Tart featuring a lemon tart with fresh blueberries and creme fraiche
Mimosa Flight – Blood Orange Mimosa, Tropical Mimosa, and Key Lime Mimosa
Cider Flight (Apple Orchard) – Spiced Cider, Cherry Tart Cider, and Limoncello Cider
Zinfandel (Flavors from Fire) – Great pairing with the chocolate picante
Mule Beer (Coastal Eats) – Brewed special for the festival
Black and White (Donut Box) – Black coffee with white chocolate liquor and Jim Beam topped with an Espresso Donut
Festival Merchandise
The Epcot International Food and Wine Festival merchandise will be available starting the first day of the event (August 29,2019). This year chef Mickey takes a back seat to his beautiful counterpart Minnie. Check it out:
