The shop would have served as a hub for interactive play, with droids rolling in and out, mechanics needing assistance, and even opportunities for guests to customize their own speeders virtually. While some of these ambitious elements were scaled back before the land officially opened, the bones of that story-driven space are still there today. You can see it in the layers of props, details, and exposed technology scattered throughout the shop.

Characters from Above

One of the most fun elements of the Speeder Repair Shop today is how characters often use it as a performance stage. During a busy afternoon, you might spot stormtroopers scanning the crowd from the upper deck, Rey sneaking by on a secret mission, or even Vi Moradi—the Resistance spy who’s a key character in the land—chatting with visitors below.
