Funko’s Disneyland 65th Anniversary Announcement!

Today Funko released their line to celebrate Disneyland 65th anniversary and we couldn’t be more excited!

Funko did a couple of tweets showing off the whole line including links to purchase your favorites (or all of them!).

The Disneyland 65th collection features Pops, Keychains, and Mini Figures and we don’t know which ones we like more!

Target Exclusives

First is the three Target exclusive Pops celebrate the Teacup ride and Alice in Wonderland! Alice and Cheshire Cat are standard Pops but the Mad Hatter in the teacup is a Pop Ride so it’s a larger figure! All are preorder at Target and should release October 4th!

Keychain, Minis, & Common Pops

There is one keychain which is Mickey riding a Matterhorn Bobsled. We love his Matterhorn themed outfit! Then there is a mini-figure series featuring Mickey, Minnie, Goofy, Peter Pan, Captain Hook, Alice, and Cheshire Cat. They are all riding different iconic rides from Disneyland. These are like Funko’s Mystery Minis but for this set, there’s no mystery! You’ll be able to see which figure out have which is great for anyone that wants to collect them and keep them in the box! This set and the keychain are available at Funko.com

There are also common Pops of Mickey and Donald all dressed up and ready to climb the Matterhorn Mountain. We also can’t forget Pop Ride of Donald riding a Matterhorn Bobsled!

Casey Jr Train Set

Another set is the 6 individual Pop Rides that are train cars that will connect. I think this was a great idea! It’s the Casey Jr train and Dumbo, Mickey, Minnie, Donald, Goofy, and Pluto are all aboard. Minnie is going to be an Amazon exclusive and Dumbo, Pluto, and Goofy are exclusive to the Funko Shop!

Pop Towns

But I think the most popular Pops will be the Pop Towns of Band Leader Mickey with Sleeping Beauty Castle. This one is a common one available at Funko.com. There’s also a park exclusive Pop Town of Walt Disney holding a Mickey Mouse doll with Sleeping Beauty Castle. I think these are going to be the big-ticket items, especially the one of Walt since it’s a park exclusive. No word yet on the Walt Pop Town will be exclusive just to Disneyland or if it will be found on ShopDisney.com or in Walt Disney World.
