More Disney Stores Closing by September

We reported earlier this year that Disney will be closing some of their brick and mortar Disney Stores. Today we got a longer list of the stores closing on or before Sept 15th.

It is unclear if the stores that are closing will have clearance sales or if any left over items would be sent back to Disney to sell online.

We have to admit that this list is pretty long. But in a separate news report, Disney announced that 100 of their “stores” are being added to Target! So I guess that we can look at it as a “win some, lose some” situation.

Disney announced at the D23 Expo 2019 that Disney stores would be going into Target all over the country. There’s about 53 up and running now. We don’t where the new Disney stores will open but hopefully it will help us get our Disney fixes with all these stand alone Disney Stores closing.
