Walt Disney World Resort | Epcot | France | Disney Dining | La Crêperie de Paris

Part of the Walt Disney World 50th Anniversary celebration is the expansion of Epcot’s France pavilion, including a delicious new restaurant, La Crêperie de Paris, offering both table- and quick-service options. The menu features sweet crepes, savory buckwheat galettes (naturally gluten-friendly), and authentic French hard cider. The attraction, restaurant, and pavilion expansion are all part of the historic transformation of EPCOT currently underway, bringing a breadth of new experiences to the park as a celebration of curiosity, discovery, and the magic of possibility.

Eric Weistroffer, Executive Director of Chef de France gives us the details behind the newest dining location and answers the question,… What is a Galette?

Sam has been visiting Walt Disney World since 1986. The spark from those early trips lead to an interest in the "How" and "Why" behind Disney Parks and Resorts and the thrill of discovering the history of how we got here today. That History is still being written. In addition to participating on The Disney Nerds Podcast you can find blogs at www.samsdisneydiary.com
