Diamond Horseshoe Serving menu from Liberty Tree – Review

The Diamond Horseshoe is typically known for its family style American fair and performers. Recently re-opened, the Diamond Horseshoe is currently serving food from Liberty Tree via their shared kitchen. Don’t worry though because its pre-fixed menu is still an all-you-care-to-enjoy feast. Located at the edge of Frontierland and Liberty Square in Magic Kingdom, this western themed music hall currently features a Player Piano every 30 minutes or so as its music entertainment.

The cast members are what makes our experiences, and my recent dining experience at The Diamond Horseshoe was no exception. We were seated quickly and sipped on the Liberty Sangria while we waited for our feast to arrive. Our table was always filled with hearty plates of roast turkey, pot roast, oven roasted pork, mashed potatoes and gravy, green beans, stuffing, salad, rolls, and mac’n’cheese. For a while I wasn’t sure how our table would hold all of the food! Our favorite meat option was the tender pot roast, and our server was quick to bring us second portions of just that. As weird as this may sound, I could have eaten 2 plates of the green beans. They were fresh, crunchy, and garlicy. And be sure to save room for dessert. It’s ooey, gooey and to die for! This vanilla toffee cake is topped with chocolate sauce and vanilla ice cream. It was so delicious that we forgot to snap a picture before we dug in.
