Dates announced for Walt Disney World Passholder and Genie+ Changes

Last month, Disney Parks announced updates coming to Walt Disney World like complimentary self-parking when staying at a Disney Resort hotel. Today, we have received the starting date for other updates.

Beginning April 18, Walt Disney World Annual Passholders will be able to visit the theme parks after 2 p.m. without needing a park reservation, except on Saturdays and Sundays at Magic Kingdom Park. Passholders will still need to be mindful of blackout dates for their passes so if you are blacked out on a specific day, you are still not able to go to the parks after 2 p.m.

Also, starting March 20, guests purchasing Disney Genie+ service will also receive digital downloads of their Disney PhotoPass attraction photos, taken in the park on the day of their purchase, at no additional charge. This will be a welcome addition to Disney Genie+!

As always, we will keep you up to date on any updates and changes announced for Walt Disney World and all the other Disney Parks around the world!
