Less than 24 hours after leading the Kansas City Chiefs to their historic overtime win in Super Bowl LVIII and appearing in the iconic “What’s Next?” commercial, Super Bowl MVP Patrick Mahomes dashed over to Disneyland Resort for a fun-filled day full of celebrations and magical moments.

For the second year in a row, Mahomes exclaimed the famous words, “I’m going to Disneyland!” right after his dazzling Super Bowl performance. This is the third time Mahomes has been named Super Bowl MVP and the third time he has been featured in the famous commercial.

This was the Chiefs’ second consecutive Super Bowl win; Patrick Mahomes and his family visited Disneyland last year right after their 2023 Super Bowl victory! Read all about their first family visit to Disneyland, and also when Mahomes went to Walt Disney World in 2020 after Super Bowl LIV.

Today, Mahomes captured plenty of spectacular memories during his celebratory visit to The Happiest Place on Earth.

First, Mahomes and his wife Brittany, daughter Sterling Skye and son Patrick “Bronze” Lavon Mahomes III headed to Mickey’s Toontown to explore the whimsical neighborhood of Mickey Mouse and his friends. They were able to snap a sweet picture with Minnie Mouse on the lawn before heading toward even more excitement.

Next, sheer exuberance filled the air as enthusiastic fans filled the entire parade route from “it’s a small world” all the way down Main Street, U.S.A., as Mahomes joined Mickey Mouse and his pals in a celebratory cavalcade.

Finally, a visit to Disneyland Resort is not complete without a photo with Mickey Mouse, so Mahomes posed for a picturesque photo in front of Sleeping Beauty Castle.

Mahomes led the Kansas City Chiefs to a 25-22 overtime win over the San Francisco 49ers in the biggest game of the year. Mahomes threw the game-winning touchdown pass to Mecole Hardman with three seconds left in overtime. His 333 passing yards and two passing touchdowns catapulted his team to the win.
