Sergio, the Italian Mime, is back at Epcot’s World Showcase, Sergio along with most other live Epcot Entertainment offerings, fell victim to the Walt Disney World COVID-19 shut down in March of 2020. While Sergio wasn’t part of the July 2020 reopening, we are happy to report that Sergio is Back and performing multiple shows at Epcot’s Italy Pavilion; check the My Disney Experience App for showtimes. In Italian History, the Flag Wavers Defend and protect their flag during battle, today all over Italy the flags are celebrated for fun. This flag throwing troupe is the oldest in all of Italy, with many of the performers knowing each other since the age of five. The troupe performed daily at Walt Disney Worlds Epcot Italy Pavilion from 2014 until 2016. This performance is from 2015.
